Alliants, the customer experience technology specialists, has appointed Heather Byron as Vice President Consulting.
Heather has more than twenty years of consulting leadership experience with a strong focus on customer-centric projects. She has worked with some of the world’s largest global organisations and institutions.
Heather is joining the Alliants senior leadership team at a time of significant growth for the business with a remit to expand and develop the group’s consulting arm.
Heather commented: “Alliants is widely known in the market for its messaging and concierge products, in particular, the Alliants Experience Platform, favoured by hundreds of luxury hospitality groups, including Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Jumeirah and Nobu Hospitality.”
“There is now the opportunity to broaden the services that Alliants delivers, and help businesses across all industries maximise the benefits of technology to deliver exceptional guest experiences.”
She added: “This is really exciting for me. By bringing a fresh perspective to re-imagine the entire guest journey, through our Consulting and Professional Services teams, we can support our customers in delivering exceptional guest experiences, enabled by market leading guest experience technology. This is something extremely relevant to all sectors, not just hospitality.”
Tristan Gadsby, CEO and co-founder of Alliants, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Heather to our senior leadership team at this important time for our strategic development. With her strong track record in managing large-scale transformative projects, I am looking forward to working closely with Heather as we scale and move the business forward.”
Previously, Heather’s roles have seen her defining ambitious operational strategies and structure for complex organisations, build and lead high-performing global, multi-disciplinary teams and lead multi-million pound global transformation and change programmes.
As the latest female member of the Alliants senior leadership team, Heather said: “In our growing business, it’s important to have female representation at the leadership level. Not just to provide role models, but also to support the career development of women, in what is traditionally, a male dominated technology sector. I am a strong advocate of allyship in the workplace, and look forward to bringing a different voice and perspective to our business to ensure we have a workplace that benefits both men and women and attracts the best and most diverse workforce we can.”
