Car rental has not been known for leading technology since the 1970's, but with rapidly changing customer expectations and an ageing platform, a new direction was needed. Avis came to us to help them sell more online, and to help pave the way for modernising their technology.
We developed a Digital Strategy that defined how technology could be used effectively throughout the customer journey. After defining the strategy we then helped execute the website, re-platforming and laying the foundations for a mobile digital customer experience.
The new strategy is delivering beyond all expectations and the business case with up to 50% improvement as well as winning industry awards.
