How does Alliants Digital Keys work?

Alliants Digital Keys connects the hotel's PMS, door lock system, and guest communication channels through the Alliants Experience Platform. When a room is assigned, the platform generates a secure NFC credential and pushes it to the guest's Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

App-free key delivery: Alliants Digital Keys issues NFC room credentials directly to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet through a web-based check-in link. Guests do not download an app, create an account, or install any software. The credential sits in the digital wallet the guest already uses daily.

Express Mode and Power Reserve: With Express Mode, you don't need to wake or unlock your iPhone or Apple Watch or open any apps to use your room key in Apple Wallet. Apple's Power Reserve also keeps the key functional for up to five hours after the iPhone battery dies, so a guest returning late at night is never locked out.

Real-time key lifecycle management: Staff can instantly issue, revoke, extend, and reassign keys from the Alliants platform dashboard. Room changes push a new credential without delay. Checkout triggers automatic access deactivation. Every event is logged for a full audit trail.

Branded member pass: The Apple Wallet Pass displays the hotel's brand identity, loyalty tier, and room number. After checkout, it stays on the guest's iPhone as a permanent Member Pass that can act as a digital marketing billboard for the brand.
