Digitise elements of the concierge service to reduce physical touch points and increase response times to requests from residents;
Create contextual one-to-one relationships via messaging;
And help leverage data to make faster decisions and develop growth strategies for the other Quinta do Lago business units.
Our solution
For phase one of the project, Alliants created QR codes to direct residents/guests to specific website pages to enable them to:
Make a reservation at one of Quinta do Lago high-quality restaurants.
Automatically direct the residents/guest to either the English or Portuguese version of the website based on the browser language the resident/guests' mobile device is set to.
And give the resident/guests' the option of chatting with the Quinta do Lago team through a choice of messaging channels i.e. WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS and many more.
The Quinta do Lago team can now see all the conversation history in one place, no matter what channel was used.
